The Nicolo Team thanks you  warmly for your trust and loyalty throughout this year 2019.

We wish you a wonderful new year 2020 filled with exciting and successful projects. 

Beginning a year is the opportunity for everyone to look back and then look forward by setting new goals for the year to come. 
We have anchored in us, this wish to always do better from year to year so that our dear customers are always happy to stay at the Villa Nicolo.

To start this year, we will focus on obtaining a new label offered by Atout France, it is called Qualité Tourisme. It is a tool allowing tourism professionals to review their quality standards with the will of continuous improvement. We will of course keep you informed of the result of obtaining this label (probably at the beginning og March) of which we will be very proud if it is granted to us!

We are also listening to you for any advice you have to give us, thanks to the satisfaction questionnaires you receive at the start of your stay, also thanks to the various comments you leave on social networks.
