What is Qualité Tourisme ? 
A label certifying the quality of the service offered

The translation of Qualité Tourisme is Quality Tourism. It's a brand/label created in 2005 by Atout France in order to support tourism professionals wishing to continuously improve the quality of French tourism services. And Atout France is a french agency created by the government to help the professionals of the tourism industry to develop themselves. 

This brand helps tourism professionals to continuously improve the quality of their standards and the quality of the services offered and thus allows customers to choose with confidence the establishments for their stays. 

How ? 
Through a mystery visit and a jury

An audit in the form of a mystery visit assesses the establishment's services. The result of the audit is then presented to a jury which decides on obtaining the label.

This system being renewed every 3 years, the hotel continues throughout its development of a quality approach in accordance with the criteria of Quality Tourism.

Why?
For customer satisfaction !

The values ​​and requirements of Qualité Tourisme have prompted the Villa Nicolo team to embark on this approach with the aim of improving the service offered so that each of our customers is a satisfied customer. This project encompasses and strengthens teamwork within the hotel as it encompasses all departments: housekeeping team, reception team, the breakfast team and management.

When?
During March

The Villa Nicolo team has met all efforts to obtain this label and remains very motivated in this perspective of a job well done and the constant improvement of the services offered. After The jury wil be able to give an answer during March !
