Pierre Hermé's chocolate cake
Ingredients:
250 g of butter
250 g of black chocolate
70 g of flour
200 g of sugar
4 œufs
Recipe :
1.Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or in the microwave.
2.In a container, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
3.In this preparation, add the chocolate / butter mixture then the flour. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
4.Pour the preparation in a buttered pan. Put in the oven for 25 minutes.
