To protect eryone health, the Nicolo Team has been committed to mobilize to reinforce our protocols in matter of hygiene and health safety. We are implementing several measures which comply with the latest recommendations in order to guarantee the safety of our customers and employees.

Hygiene and cleaning measures
Frequent cleaning of common areas, including handles, switches, elevator buttons and so on..
Systematic cleaning of room key cards.
Each room is blocked 24 hours after the departure of a client (subject to availability).
Cleaning and disinfection of rooms after each departure and change of cleaning equipment between each room, in particular wipes and microfibers.
Systematic change of all linen and all amenities available at each check-out.
Use of disinfectant detergents approved according to standard EN14476 + A2.
Treatment of each room with ozone after each departure for 20 minutes.
Prevention and equipment for our teams:
Our teams are equipped with masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel.
Our teams are trained in barrier gestures and everyone makes sure to wash their hands as regularly as possible.
A referent has been named in order to supervise the implementation of the COVID procedures
For you, dear customer:
Wearing a mask is mandatory inside Villa Nicolo when you are outside of your room.
Hydroalcoholic gel is available at reception upon your arrival.
To avoid manipulation as much as possible, water bottles will be available on request at reception.
Breakfast will be served at the table in our breakfast room while respecting sanitary distancing in the form of continental breakfast or in your room if you wish.
The daily cleaning of your room will be carried out according to your wishes. As soon as you arrive at reception, your recommendations will be taken into account.
